Expédition par Container Maritime

Des Racks appellés Shipping set, ont été étudiés pour protéger et sécuriser le transport des containers KOVOBEL;

Ceux-ci sont prévus pour une colonne de 6 containers de même dimensions.

La mise en container maritime se fait à l'usine.

Quantités possibles de containers Kovobel par dimensions de containers maritimes, soit :

For transportation of KOVOBEL containers overseas we are using mainly the sea containers 40´HC to get the lowest costs of transportation going on one KOVOBEL container. In this case is possible to load into the sea container 12 meters of KOVOBEL containers in 6 layers, it means for example:

  • 12 pcs of KOVOBEL containers 6 m

or

  • 18 pcs of KOVOBEL containers 4 m

or

  • 24 pcs of KOVOBEL containers 3 m

or

  • 32 pcs of KOVOBEL containers 2 m (2 pcs standing)

or

  • 6 pcs of KOVOBEL containers 6 m + 12 pcs of KOVOBEL containers 3 m

or

  • 6 pcs of KOVOBEL containers 5 m + 6 pcs of KOVOBEL containers 4 m + 6 pcs of KOVOBEL containers 3 m

or any other combination  up to the length of container columns 12 meters.

 

For shipping samples or smaller loads of KOVOBEL containers in possible to use also  sea container 20´and into this container is possible to load in 5 layers for example:

  • 13 pcs of KOVOBEL containers 2 m (3 pcs standing)

or

  • 5 pcs of KOVOBEL containers 3 m + 6 pcs of KOVOBEL containers 2 m (1 pc standing)

or

  • 5 pcs of KOVOBEL containers 4 m + 5 pcs of KOVOBEL containers 2 m (all standing)

or

  • 5 pcs of KOVOBEL containers 5 m + 2 pcs of KOVOBEL containers 2 m (both standing)

The weight of loaded KOVOBEL containers into any sea container is never higher than 23.000 kg.

For fixing of columns of KOVOBEL containers in sea container are used  "shipping sets" 2 meters, 3 meters, 4 meters, 5 meters or 6 meters for each column of 6 (5) pcs of KOVOBEL containers.

It is necessary to pay attention to the fact, that the real length of KOVOBEL container 2 m is actually 2,25 meters and it is possible to load into the sea container up to 5 pcs of KOVOBEL containers in "standing" position without using the shipping set.
